The Inaugural WR Engineering Versatile Triples tournament was held on Canberra Day 10 March 2008. There was a good turnout in glorious bowling conditions.
Andrew and staff turned on an excellent lunch at Blakes Restaurant after game one.
After two games there were still 5 teams unbeaten but it all sorted itself out in the final game with only Graham Read, Ruth Moore and Bob Brown remaining unbeaten and claiming the first prize. Runners-up on 2.5 wins were Mina Bannerman, Greg Maclean and Arthur Wyatt.
