Duty Manager - Ainslie Football Club (Full Time)

Ainslie Football Club is seeking the skills of a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their Management team as a Duty Manager.
The successful aplicant will be responsible for the effective running of the Club at a Frontline level. They will also have the ability to lead and motivate a large team whilst ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to our members and their invited guests.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Current RSA and RCG Certificates
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Experience in a Similar Role (preferably in the Licensed Club Industry)
The following will be considered an advantage:
- A current ACT Gaming Machine Attendants Certificate
- Knowledge of Gaming Machine Operations
- Relevant educational experience in the industry
The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours in a 40 hour rotating roster (including nights and weekends). Attractive conditions apply including a substantial remuneration package; the opportunity for further education / training and career progression plus free meals and parking during the course of trade.
