Sous Chef - Gungahlin Lakes (Full Time)
Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club Club is seeking the skills of an experienced Sous Chef to work on a Full Time basis in the Club's busy Restaurant and Function's facilities.
Applicants must have a sound knowledge of all kitchen Operations including kitchen hygiene, food presentation and OH&S procedures as well as experience in Rostering, Stock Control and Banquets.
Applicants must work well in a team environment and be prepared to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Attractive conditions apply, including:
- A substantial remuneration package including a salary of $60,000 - $65,000 dependant on qualifications and experience
